Construction Details:

For the blouse, I used a simple v-neck button-up blouse pattern which I then modified to have a sailor collar using a guide found online as well as my own experience. The blouse closes with snaps, and the black buttons are just sewn to the top.
The skirt is just a basic rectangle skirt, the same I use to make actual lolita skirts. Then the ruffle and other details were added on.
The socks were the hardest. It's nearly impossible to find socks in the correct colors, especially not ones that fit my thighs. So instead I bought some stretchy fabric in the same colors as the blouse and, with the help of a friend, fitted them to my legs. I kept them from falling down by using a pair of blue garters attached to the shorts I wore under the skirt.

This costume was so much fun to make!
I really had fun with this outfit. I love Stocking so much!

Wig Review

It tangled very quickly, and was a hassle. But Stocking wigs show every tangle because they're supposed to be perfectly straight AND two-toned.
