Construction Details:

I made the shirt from a commercial pattern all I modified were the sleeves. The skirt was also pretty easy to make, didn't use a pattern for that. I also made the red tie not much to that.

I know Misa is blonde in the manga and her eye color varies in manga and anime. I chose to go with black hair so please spare me any comments related to that.
