Construction Details:

I made this back when I was 17 (and super freakin' skinny), it was probably one of the first crazy detailed costumes I ever made and I was very proud of it. I also spent a butt ton of money on it for it was before I knew about LA's fashion district and cheap fabric. ];

I forget what I made the dress out of, but it was a very thick fabric (also very hot) and the blue lining was made from silk. The petticoat was a full circle skirt (5 yards of fabric if I remember right) and was made out of satin (I think) and the detail on it was all hand painted and took about 3 days to finish.

The rosary was sculpted by myself out of that clay you bake.. (I can't remember the name haha) and the beads were just normal craft store beads painted silver.

The arrows (which I'm least proud of D: ) where made of craft foam. And the neck plate armor thing was craft foam as well, I used thumb tacks for the little.. circle things and I bought a nice cross to put on the end of it.

The shoes I was lucky enough to find on e-bay, they were beautiful and already had the lace in them.

And sadly this costume doesn't fit me anymore (DAMN BOOBS) and I only wore it to Fanime back in 08. My good friend has worn it recently though which I'm happy about. :]
