Construction Details:

The top was made from scratch. i used one of my tops as an example and then added the blue and white for sleeves. Then butt cape was made into two pieces. one is the band and then other is the rectangular piece with yellow ribbon sewn to the top. the red skirt underneath is one piece. the armband and legbands were easy.
