Construction Details:

I dressed as Hazuki Mina (leek) for Otakitty's Gestumento Heiki Mina group. I made this entire costume out of leftover and sale fabrics. In hindsight, making a Chinese style dress out of pvc probably wasn't the best idea. Haha. The ears, shoulder leeks, and staff were very fun to create!
