Construction Details:

This dress was made from the "wrong" side of Blue casa satin. I wanted a shimmer but not "OMG SATIN." The skirt is a full circle skirt that is fully lined with another casa circle skirt for weight and finish. The sleeve cuffs are adjustable with buttons like the park version. There is lace on the cuffs and collar.
The apron is the "wrong" side of casa white with lace between the front and lining layers. The back secures with a button to some elastic so it gives a bit when she's bouncing around. The bow stands out straight because I put heat n bond on one side, sewed it, flipped it right side out and then ironed the other side to the heat n bond on the inside to make it nice and crisp.
The headband is black upholstery velvet with elastic in the back for give to get over the head and wig.

Sooo obviously this isn't me, it's my lovely friend Brittany. I made this for her this past September and wanted to show it here ^_^

I wish I could have finished the petticoat and bloomers in time, but life kinda took over most of my free time.
