Construction Details:

I made black skirt and added black and white ruffles onto the rim. Then I made the apron. And the top part is seperate from the skirt part. It was hell to ruffle all of that...so much ruffles!

The broom was made out of sticks and hay? xD yeaaa and yarn hahahha

The hat part I bought a witch hat and altered it and then added ruffles and ribbons on to it.
