This outfit is from Episode 8, part 1.
I already had the skirt that I made out of 4-way stretch matte vinyl for FFVII Tifa, so I re-used that. Epaulets are fabric painted and hand sewn onto a button down I already owned. Badges are made from a picture frame matt and scrap booking circles.
Real police hat, Legging, fishnets, and shoes were purchased. Easy Peasy.
