Construction Details:

Combined various sailor-themed lolita outfits to make this dress. Main fabric is turquoise hologram Confetti Dot lined with crepe casa collection satin. White parts of the dress are poplin. All ruffles are also poplin, hemmed on one edge and gathered by hand. Red bow made from Casa matte crepe from JoAnns. Anchor detail inside sailor collar is made from Swarovski elements rhinestones in Citrine and AB Rose. Hat designed from a made up pattern and is made of poplin and interface with blue ribbon accent. Socks are from Leg Avenue. The shoes I use vary for the occasion but I stick to Mary-janes with a bit of heel.

I styled my own hair in pigtails and trimmed my bangs. :)
