About this Costume

I couldn't find a pattern for this costume that I liked so I made a mock up out of spare fabric and patterned the dress myself. Then I tore that apart and used those pieces to cut out my fabric of choice to make the dress. I made the tulle underskirt myself.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I love Luna in the manga of Sailor Moon. I don't feel that the anime does her justice.
