Construction Details:

This costume took me about a year to construct. Used spandex for the body suit and satin for the skirt and collar. I used an old school girl pattern for the skirt that I had laying around and the body suit was made from the top of a dress pattern that I altered slightly. The puffy/armor effect was achieved by simply stuffing the spandex with cotton fluff and then sewing accordingly. The most difficult part of the costume would have to be the accessories and the wig. Luckily my grandpa has a garage where I can work with power tools and resins. ^_^ He's a real handy man and I was very Lucky to have him answer questions and give me advice. Cosplay has actually brought us together
