Construction Details:

The shirt I already had done for my still incomplete Pirate!England cosplay. Drafted a pattern for the vest using bias tape for the trimming. It closes using a strip of hook-and-eye closures. I bought some leggings from the sock store at my mall, and borrowed the belt and boots from Kate (Chibiplz). The white boot flaps are something I made a while ago for when I eventually wanna do Italy. lolz

Made this for Hetalia Day 2011 'cuz Kate convinced me to go to her local event to do PruHun.
