Construction Details:

Made the dress maybe 4 days before the convention, since the one I ordered online was out of stock. I was pretty freaked out while making this, since I thought the skirt might be too heavy and not fluff out enough. The under layer was a last second idea, since I knew I needed to line the dress, but didn't want a cheap normal lining. So, I took some pink sateen left over from Cheerilee, and used it to do an under layer on the skirt. For the bow, I just bought a spool of a cute blue ribbon and tied it around my waist. The petticoat is from a thrift store, and gloves are actually vintage, from my grandmother.
