About this Costume
Construction Details:
CR-S01's jumpsuit would not have been possible without my friend Steph being my moral support, and helping me with my first invisible zipper. xD I essentially modified an adult onesie pajama pattern, and fitted it to my body once fully assembled. It is fully lined everywhere but the sleeves and from the knee down, and there's a long zip fly from the neck to the crotch that's hidden in the accent seams. Accent lines were topstitched in, and I hand-set the eyelets in the bodice. The shoes are fully incorporated into the bodysuit, with the fabric wrapping all the way down to the sole. Boot covers were also hand-patterned by me. Thanks to Steph for letting me use the serger! Red contacts were by YouKnowIt.com, wig from Cosplay-wig, and thanks to fellow CR cosplayer Ling for designing the Resurgam visiting doctor tag!
Personal Thoughts:
OOOOOKAY this cosplay has been long in coming. :D This is actually the first one I ever wanted to do from Trauma Center, but was a bit daunted by the full bodysuit, so I delayed it for a little bit until I was sure I could do it right. CR-S01 was my introduction to the Trauma series, and I just remember instantly wanting to give this boy a hug. What a shitty situation he's in, LOL. Then I actually played the game and he was such an adorable, naive kid, and not nearly as emo as his character design would suggest, haha. I consider this my tribute cosplay to a great series. :)
