Construction Details:

I made my cecil cosplay on budget! It cost about $40 in total. All of my fabric I bought on dicount price, and even the small details things like beads. My armor is all made from poster board! Just the one shouler paulron is made from craft foam (the round one). I am very pleased with this cosplay, I love it very much. And I really love Cecil too.~ x3

Styling Notes

I used got2Bglued to make the hair all floaty. :) And added gems to the wig too.
