Construction Details:

The top is made from blue spandex and has the one strap that then splits into two in the back. The middle under corset is made from a rich blue suede that is fully lined and boned for full support. The bottom is trimmed with irredescant beads for a little glitz. The skirting is made out of a mixture of light blue, dark blue, irredescant lame, and some organzas. Each petal on the skirt si fully serged and finished.

The wings are made with a thin wire base and covered with fantasy film. The veins are drawn on by hand with a mixture of sharpie and paint.
