Construction Details:

This dress was a big pain, as there is no easy way to make a V-neck dress go to your belly button without a lot of tape and a prayer. The dress was completely drafted and sewn by me, each triangle cut and handsewn before it was added to the dress. I didn't use any patterns or premade items. I covered boots for the shoes and the fan I made by hand with poster paper, spray paint, and wooden dowels.
