Construction Details:

The whole costume was pretty much just bought and altered. The sweater, I bought from JCPenney and it was altered a lot! I had to take the sides in and cut in the middle to add "buttons" in. I didn't really make button holes so it's stitched down the middle with buttons added. The skirt and the sailor collar was sewn. Originally the skirt was black/white houndstooth but dyed gray with RIT dye.
