Construction Details:

I made the tutu out of 4 different pink tulle including a fushia glitter tulle. I just cut up a million strips and tied them to the elastic band. The tank top was just a white tank top i had lying around and I had painted ALL of the polkadots on it front and back. The hoodie was actually a white hoodie from American Apparel that my friend dyed pink. Then I i bought it from her and took it all apart and took it in, shortened it, and shortened the sleeves. After I FINALLY got all of that done, I hand sewed the cutie mark onto the back of the hoodie(since I couldn't find a pale yellow felt for the yellow balloon I had to dye some myself too) and yep that's how i made it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4LjuGSLHLM&feature=youtu.be

Styling Notes

The wig came with one ponytail clip and it was supposed to be in the back but i thought it'd be more pinkie pie if it was a side ponytail.
