Construction Details:

Rated Easy because I finished this thing in three days with very little stress. Skirt is a circle skirt (radius 33"), blouse made from a combination of patterns (Simplicity 2758 - body; McCalls 5954 - sleeves), apron was freehanded and has a rolled hem. I can't think of anything else to say so feel free to ask questions. 8)

Personal Thoughts:

I've always liked Belgium. Neutral parties heck yes! I totally know what it feels like to be stuck between two entities who keep fighting and trying to drag you into it, unfortunately. ...that and I like Belgian waffles and chocolate, so...

Styling Notes

Trimmed with thinning shears (the curls); trimmed bangs with regular scissors while wearing it. Had my roommate/friend hold the hair while I put on the hair ribbon.
