Construction Details:

Props: Flarestorm sword and Munin Wings Made in about 2 weeks. Dress is stretch white cotton dyed for the right colours. Tail and the back of the skirt is satin. Front details are fabric paint and sewn down ribbon. Butterfly and flower charms are foam on styrene. Claws and shin guards are wonderflex. Pauldrons and collar armour are foam backed styrene. The sword is made of hardwood and raised details are paperclay. The wing is foamboard. Glass gems are for floral decorating. Wings: Feathers are all foam. White foam was painted turquoise, and the black foam has turquoise interference paint for shimmer. The base is copper tubing with some wire. They slip into a harness in a corset. A special thanks to all my friend who helped me cut out the hundreds of feathers that went into the wings.

Personal Thoughts:

I love these wings! I'll have to make another Aion costume so I can use them again.
