I had the blue bikini, my friends had the wig, so who couldn't resist an excuse to make a giant tentacruel hat? My boyfriend at the time helped me it. Unfortunately, I don't think I'd be able to wear this again because one of the panels on the hat has a stain from ocean water, and I'd possibly have to go in and recreate the whole blue part again. I also unluckily lost my camera at the time with the memory card from Otakon '09 on it, which means I lost most of the awesome water photos.
