Construction Details:

A relatively easy costume overall. The biggest challenge was how to keep everything up top so anti-gravitational. I bought a bra with tons of wire support, and added even more boning into the side. Then I sewed it into the navy tube top and hand sewed in two layers of lace. I hope I achieved the overall look that Sorceress has. The arm warmers were made from the same navy stretch knit with hand sewn lace. The skirt and belt were very straightforward and easy to make. I added in a corset of my for a more pleasing silhouette. I also worn my cool Victorian heeled boots because I thought they looked nicer than the weird loafers that Sorceress wears. The hat was purchased from a Halloween shop then I glued purple ribbon to the brim.
I didn't finish my staff in time for Dragoncon, so I just walked around posing with my dead soldier's head :)

Personal Thoughts:

I can't wait for Dragon's Crown to come out next year! By then I will have my staff finished. Very few people at the convention recognized me, they thought I was just "sexy witch." Well, I guess that's all the sorceress really is so who can blame them hahaha.
