Construction Details:

Initally when I started this costume I started with the purple tunic part- I drafted the pattern for it myself making it in several pieces before putting it all together. The large 'football shoulders' were created out of cardboard and interfacing than attached to the sleeves seperately before joining with the tunic. In the end it turned out alright but I see areas that Im not entirely happy with and in the future Id like to remake it. The cape I am by far the happiest with! It took me almost a month to stop procrastinating about it and worrying that I was going to screw it up and just finally make it! I drafted the pattern again with newspaper and interfaced the collar. I love wearing it! The rest of the costume was super easy to make/alter. Leggings were bought and dyed by myself. Gloves were dyed and than had the tan trim sewn on after. Boots were bought to match my Pacificas'. The black shirt underneath the tunic was used from a previous costume (Riza Hawkeye) My Suppi-kun was also handmade by myself. I love him <3
