Construction Details:

There's honestly nothing that complicated about this costume; I busted the entire thing out in the 24 free hours I had between SDCC and Otakon. Yes, that is the Stormhold necklace from Stardust. Why? Who knows.

Personal Thoughts:

I wasn't originally supposed to be the Garnet in our group, but when the spot opened up, I volunteered to switch characters and take on an easier costume to give myself more time to prep for SDCC. Instead of doing the default costume or her princess gown, I decided to do a design based off a piece of fanart that I really liked. Because you will never get me in that weird banana suit thing.
