Altered a shirt and the skirt is made from brushed cotton with a metallic finish.

Personal Thoughts:

Paula and I made these for I-con at the last minute, and we don't talk about I-con. My ulterior motive was to make Paula make more CCS costumes because she is too precious to be real. You're welcome world.
