I made all parts of the cotsume except for the boots. I already had those but I just modified them.

How was the wig colored?

Styling Notes

All we did was trim and style the bangs and shorten one of the pony tails. Once that was all done we took some hairspray, wet the hair and sprinkled the pigment on. It helped give it a nice blue highlight~ I put blue in the base wig and faded through both pigtails.
