Construction Details:: Since this outfit didn't have any color references, I chose a greenish-blue to match my wig (it's an awesome mix of navy blue, black, violet and teal). The skirt was gathered at the bottom before the ruffles were sewn on to get the right shape and it stays puffy thanks to 2 petticoats. I'm still on the lookout for tights that match better :P
Personal Thoughts:: GIANT PUFFY MARSHMALLOW SKIRT! This has always been my favorite of Tomoyo's outfits, and while it wasn't really ideal for Otakon (Long sleeves AND petticoats! I be crazy!), it was well worth it to be able to stalk, err, fawn over, errr, be there for my dear friend's Sakura ^_-;
