Construction Details:

I love this dress. It's a cotton knit (dyed with Rit brand fabric dye) edged with lace. (Despite being inaccurate, I went with black lace because the white lace we had wouldn't take the purple dye.) The garters are attached to the dress to keep it down. Who knew you could buy garter clips at JoAnn?
