Construction Details:

I heavily altered a jumper pattern for the dress, which is made of blue linen-look fabric and some left-over white cotton I had laying around. The hat is off-white cotton, the purse is green cotton and is lined with blue and green floral fabric. The shoes were a pair I bought waaaaaay back when I was in 8th grade, I just painted the blue parts and added ribbons. The hardest part was definitely figuring out the white bib on the front of the dress, but I think it turned out well. The part the was the most fun was making and attaching all the ruffles! *-*

Personal Thoughts:

I'm so glad I decided to make this for Ota, it was super hot, and this costume was really comfortable XD Also, blowing bubbles with some of my fellow magical girls was definitely one of the highlights of the con for me! ^o^
