Construction Details:

Modified maid pattern with tweaks to the collar made with cotton blend fabric. Worn with a pre-owned store bought petticoat. Roller skates from Big 5 sporting good store. In some pictures I totally forgot to wear the blue hair bows XD.

Personal Thoughts:

I thought this outfit was adorable and it appears in episode 7, part 2 when Panty and Stocking are trying to find job(s) in an attempt to prove to Garterbelt that the can make 3 million dollars XD. I love this costume because when I was younger I used to be a roller skate/roller blade fanatic! And I still can skate pretty dang well! :)
