Bought in a Harajuku costume shop.
Keyboard is from Rock Band 3.
Wig is from Cosworx.
Beige cons are Converse.
Personal Thoughts:
I love love love Mugi-chan, so it was only natural to cosplay her after doing Mio in Japan. I think next I'll cosplay Ritsu! All my Rock Band instruments are really becoming handy :D
