Construction Details:

I made the wig with purple and pink foam, pink polka dot duct tape, and pale blue foam for the bow. I also made a pink wig cap to fit over my nude stocking cap. The dress is actually from Forever 21, so you can probably still get that in stores! The swords are foam swords that my bf painted with 4 coats of titanium white acrylic paint and brilliant blue acrylic paint (my bf used rubber bands to make the lines straight; fabulous idea!). The lollipop I bought at a booth called Sweet Poison Cupcake (http://sweetpoisoncupcake.com/) (no I don't work for them, just felt like I wanted to give credit where it's needed :3).

The eyes were done with black liquid eyeliner, aqua blue eye shadow powder, white pencil, pale orange glitter, and plenty of concealer.

Personal Thoughts:

Since i made the wig a short haired version instead of long, it was much easier to look around and have a little more mobility. The costume was fun and the swords were a blast. Glad I found other Panty&stocking cosplays and even a Garterbelt!
