Construction Details:

This costume was made by Chibi Rinoa. The fabric is so nice and it is very well made and so comfy. I feel so cute wearing it! The hair flowers are some little clips I found at JoAnn's.

Personal Thoughts:

I've always wanted to make a Tomoyo costume, but never had occasion to put it high enough on my priorities list to make it actually happen. When I found out Chibi Rinoa was getting rid of some of her costumes I jumped at the chance to have her's. Thanks again Laura!!! :D
