Personal Thoughts:

I'm not even sure how to explain this costume. I saw a really old video clip of the live action Legend of Zelda ad for a Link to the Past and found it very entertaining. I decided, therefore, to Cosplay that version of Link. This happened to coincide with a number of my friends Cosplaying different Links (of the Four Swords and Dark variety). I didn't do that great of a job on this costume because parts of it were rushed right before the con and I never did get around to getting an accurate wig. Anyway, we danced a rendition of the commercial for the masquerade at Fan Expo and as a group we won Best Artisan. It was a lot of fun. (^^) I grew up in a Nintendo family so I'm a fan of the Legend of Zelda. Even though this costume wasn't the best, I'm glad to have Cosplayed from this video game series.
