Construction Details:

The jacket/pants are made from two-way stretch vinyl that doesn't really stretch at all. lol The elbow/knee pads were handmade and a complete pain in the butt to make them look 3D. The belt is PVC with craft foam and interfacing. Skirt and shoes were bought. The blade is made of wood and comes apart in the middle.

Personal Thoughts:

I wanted to do Hit-Girl when I saw the trailer for the movie back in late 09! Unfortunately, I couldn't get it done for WonderCon or Fanime of 2010. It kept getting put off for the rest of the year but I was stoked that I could complete it for SDCC!
