Construction Details:

The "dress" part is made out of spandex, with cotton for the cuffs. I used the same spandex to make boot covers.

Personal Thoughts:

I would genuinely love to remake this costume. I've learned a lot since I first made it, like how to properly stretch stitch, for example.
