Construction Details:

Bought the awesome vest/flak jacket from Scruffy Rebel, bought the turtle neck from Land's End, owned the pants already. Covered my old blue Konoha headband with leftover red fabric from my original Sakura dress. Used bottomweight cotton for the sandal covers (probably should have gone with duck cloth, but that would have been a lot harder to sew through and mostly followed a tutorial but parted from it at step 25 as I was creating shoe covers instead of full shoes: http://sites.google.com/site/lizspain2/narutosandaltutorial
