Construction Details:

The fabric is a black cotton twill on the school uniform, as is the red bow. The white line is bias tape. In this costume, I used white face paint for the neck-piece, but later used white lycra to make a head-cover. The headphones are made of Gatsby styling gel container covers, a headband and painted cardboard, all hot-glued together.

Styling Notes

The bangs and length were razored off a bit by me. (I've bought a better wig for this costume for the future, though!)
