Construction Details:

GLOWING SWORD - will come out with a detailed process and pictures of its construction soon. (will post link here) COSTUME - made by hand, from scratch headbow : blue satin fabric that was sewn together; used hot glue to keep its form; thin wire inserted inside to keep its form; huge clip hot glued to the back to attach to wig wig : bought online off of ebay neck choker : silver fabric with lace; used Velcro to take on and off easily top : white cotton inside layer; white satin outside layer; white and blue lace ; silver fabric used for straps hearts: the 3 hearts were made of blue sculpty clay. I sculpted them and baked them according to the instructions in an oven; satin ribbon was used to decorate the back of the hearts and they were glue gunned to pins that attached to the top of the shirt and the skirt corset: silver fabric, white lace, and blue satin ribbon. This was also velcro’ed together because I got lazy and was running short on time. I attached a thin elastic band around the top of the corset for it to fit my waist snugly bow in the back: blue satin. Sewed together with wiring on the inside to keep its form. I originally wanted to put this on my head, but it was too big so I just attached pins to the back of the bow and used it for stocking’s original white bow. armbands: I made my own block-patterns and sewed them with an elastic on the top legband: alternating white and blue satin; elastic attached around the top shoes: silver straps
