Construction Details:

Costume and wings created by me. I used sparkly tulle for the outer layer, which added lots more shine. Also, I used craft foam and wire to make the wings and attached them to the dress with velcro.

Styling Notes

I styled the wig and attached the extension to the wig with small pins and a green ribbon.
