Construction Details:

I'm a dork and actually only gotten into Yugioh recently, but auuugh I have undying love for this series. A friend (Spiked Sora @ Coscom) and I discussed doing Kaiba cosplays (herself as Seto and myself as Mokuba) and I couldn't say no!

Most of the costume was simply store-bought (ie. striped shirt, jeans, shoes). The vest is made with a yellow satin to mimic a waterproof-like feel and lined with faux-fur (because the Kaibas are so fancy!)

Definitely hoping to wear this costume again. It was so much fun, and absurdly comfy.

Styling Notes

Most of my time was put into the wig since there was a lot of making new wefts from extra fiber and sewing those in so the wig was long enough. It was my first time using fabric glue to style instead of gel and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to spike a wig at all! It was turned upside down and hair-sprayed to give it more volume.
