Construction Details:

Rin's white dress is hand-sewn, with self gathered fabric at the top (instead of pre-gathered ribbon). There is no machine sewing used on this cosplay. I paired the dress with a poofy slip to make it more modest (during a con dance skit). The back of the dress features a pleated white fabric panel, but I don't have good photos of the back yet. I made the headband, treated a fabric piece to make the shawl, and painted the plain clips white. The anklet I made myself- I used memory wire and magnetic clasps. I styled the wig, and my cosplay group member made the treble clef necklace for me.

Styling Notes

To make the Rin wig slightly more flared at the ends, I put rollers in.
