Construction Details:

To make sure all the blues matched, I ordered the wig first. Then I took the wig with me to joanns, to match it to blue fabric. Then I used the fabric to match it to blue paint :) The shirt is made out of silver taffeta and is fully lined. The skirt is black bridal satin and is fully lined :) I painted the bottom of the boots blue, then cut off the leg portion. I used a dancewear with a slight sheen to make the boot covers :D The Headphones are made of styrene spray painted black. They light up with LEDs. The sleeves light up with EL wire :)
