Construction Details:

the leotard was bought off of welovecolors.com, the cloak was made by me with no pattern, and all the "gems" were made out of sculpey. Im really hoping to remake this costume soon where the gems are made out of resin, the cloak is lined, i actually made the leotard and the wig isnt as matte and more vibrant looking.

How was the wig colored?
