Construction Details:

oh man this was insane
the pants and the haori were made in one friday night. yes on my friday nights I shut myself in my room and sew. I am just that cool. the Haori is a modified kimono pattern from simplicity *thanks to cosmode for the tip* and the big circles are the wrong side of black patent leather adhesive-d to the jacket. then the outer circles are hand painted with screen printing ink. at first i had a few plates to guide them but then I got peeved and started free handing them. fabric is cotton from JoAnns
the pants are a New look pajama pants pattern. there is elastic in the top and bottom. fabric from JoAnns
the Gi is a shorter version of the simplicicty kimono pattern. fabric from JoAnns.
Sash is from Rikuo cosplay hahahhahah its white poplin with hooks and eyes in the back
my socks actually dont match. they're both some horribly ita socks I found in Harajuku. the shoes are from Old Navy
the hat is stiff felt and the pattern I used is here http://tinypic.com/r/2rfdldd/7 then I found a fake fern looking thing and poked it though the hat and the wig
the necklace is pom poms stung with yarn hahahah
wings are from a costume store and are worn over the gi and the straps go through the haori
glasses are just regular glasses with the tops cut off
