and so begins one of the most detailed and least detailed costumes I have ever made. this whole costume was a really big challenge... many things I have never done before... well, lets start from the top and go down the hat is craft foam using this pattern http://tinypic.com/r/2rfdldd/7 and put on a headband the wig is an arda Lulu and 2 long clips in medium brown. I'm so mad at myself for not getting darker or curling them..... and i forgot the ties the shirt is a cosmode blouse pattern. the sleeves were kinda trial and error, but I didnt add the black things one the sleeves.... the frills under the collar are hand pleated bias tape ORZ and the tie was just a strip... should have been longer DX skirt was... oh god this skirt.... I couldnt find fabric I liked so I was like "oh sure I'll just make the squares! so I quilted together a bunch of 3x3 squares into a tube and then put elastic in the top. ugghhhhhh shoes are from Old Navy (and so are my boxers tee hee) Phone is my mom's old phone that I painted
