Construction Details:

Ah, Kim wanted to a full big Vocaloid group again for BW Ball for Fanime 2011 since we had a lot of Magnet people for last year, and we decided upon these white/black versions! They're all so pretty, and have a flower theme. I'm really surprised that in the end we had a full group, which is super cool. We ended up not going to the ball because the line was so long and some of us broke the rules for getting into the ball with high heels or shorts (dumb rules man), and so we sat in a lovely corner of the hotel and took pics there. :D It was fun just chilling and hanging out with our colorful friends! The hime bump was done by clipping another pink wig under the top wefts of my luka wig....I really wish I had bought milkshake pink clips which would have worked better since the second wig was so heavy and I had to push my bump against a wall lol. I got to take some pics with my Octo Luka though, lolol! The dress was made as a tube top dress with round circle skirt that had the hole for the skirt pushed close to one side for proper draping. I didn't get it quite right, but it was another last minute costume...(that seems to be happening a lot lately). The black waistband is made from bridal satin and the bow is made from the same material. The choker is simply double sided tape and ribbon, and the gloves are from Yona (we switched since mine were short and hers were long haha). The hairband is a normal black hairband with last minute painted camellia flowers painted with fabric paint. The black fabric on the front of the dress is safety pinned and tucked into the petticoats I wore under the dress. Black thigh highs I already had, as well as the black heels.

Personal Thoughts:

I wish we could have taken a lot of nice group shots, but I was in a rush to get changed into something else that night, so hopefully the time and energy we all spent to get the perfect artwork pics will turn out great! :D
