Construction Details:

The uniform & skirt are all PVC, except for the trim & embellishments. The gloves are vintage white leather driving gloves (vintage gloves are the only gloves that fit my small hands T_T) The costume is based off of this artwork: http://bit.ly/m0m9uZ

Personal Thoughts:

I was asked to help with a fetish fashion show at a local goth club. I love PVC as a material so I decided to make Luka's military uniform out of it, figuring a PVC military uniform was "fetish" wear enough for the show. It was a bad-ass experience strutting down a runway in giant stiletto thigh high boots to industrial music in this outfit.
