Construction Details:

The top was fitted to an existing strapless bra with blue lycra then was sponged with a custom mixed shimmery green acrylic paint. Pants were made with the same blue lycra and got the same sponge treament, the belt and boot covers were made with left over lycra from my Jenova cosplay, which was a much lighter blue. Jewel on top and the necklace were both made from hot glue. The necklace was covered in chroma ductape and glow in the dark puff paints were used for the details. The starfish was sewn from felt and then given a coat of Mod Podge to stiffen it. Lastly, my fins were made from foam.
